I am a designer and historian working at the intersections of architecture, new media, and the history of the US Southwest/ Northern Mexico. My work also engages in digital humanities approaches to experiential architectural history. I earned my M.Arch. and Ph.D. in Architecture at UCLA, and held postdoctoral fellowships at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, and Rice University, and I was a digital humanities specialist for history at Stanford University. I am currently Assistant Professor of Interior Architecture in the College of Architecture + Design at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
